Insurance

Most PPO and POS insurance plans are accepted at our office. We accept auto accident, personal injury and most health insurance plans, including Medicare. We do not accept any HMO plans or Medi-cal and are considered "out-of-network" on all other PPO plans. Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, please call us or your plan administrator to find out if your plan covers care in our office. Our staff will verify and explain your benefits before treatment, at no charge.
